A series of therapist-led Circles designed as healing and uplifting
spaces.
The series includes intimate spaces for Black communities to share their stories, as well as educational and celebratory sessions open to Black communities and their allies.
What are Circles?
Circles are live group sessions led by Modern Health therapists. You'll walk away from each session with skills to navigate challenges that may be impacting your mental health — whether at work, at home, or in your personal relationships.
During each Circle, facilitators will start by sharing concepts to help you think differently, and offer tools that you can put into action right away.
Throughout the rest of the session, you’ll have a chance to ask questions, listen to others, or share your own experiences during an optional, facilitated discussion.
Creating a Safe Space
We want to ensure that each Circle is a safe, intimate space for you to share and learn. We encourage attendees to join with video on, and assure you that your private information will not be shared externally. All attendees are required to abide by our Code of Conduct.
Please Note: Please contact your healthcare provider for clinical needs, and never disregard professional mental health advice or delay seeking it because of something you have heard during a Circle session.
Our goal is to provide a safe, intimate space for sharing and learning. We’ll be capping registration and encourage you to keep your video on (if possible). Please know that these sessions will not be recorded, and we will maintain confidentiality of all attendees. We ask that you do the same and honor the confidentiality of those in your session.
