Healing Circles for Black Communities: Surviving The Resistance
Join us for open dialogue with a Black Psychologist about surviving racial trauma and how to use our collective spirit to press on while so much continues to happen, yet so much remains the same. Together, we will continue to grieve the loss of our people to the struggle, and during this session we will care for one another and make space to release our hurt. Come to listen, share, and learn critical coping skills for buffering the impacts of trauma. Leave feeling connected to something greater than yourself and empowered by the collective spirit.
This session is reserved for those who self-identify as being of African ancestry. If you don't fall in this group, please register for one of our ally sessions.
